**During this week, the coaching staff will be working to prepare for player reporting and the upcoming season. We ask that you please send all correspondence via email (brian_swords@carolinachaos.com). Please do not call the coaches unless it is an emergency.**
**If you owe any fees, they will need to be paid upon arrival on Friday. If you owe any fees or fundraising, you will not be issued a uniform or confirmed on the roster until your entire balance is paid.
**Apartment Assignments were updated on 5/26**
** Apartment Keys will not be issued for anyone not having a paid lease. You must pay the entire lease before you are issued your keys.

All players should report/check-in on Friday, May 29 between 3:00pm and 4:30pm to Dr. C. Keith Connor Field on the campus of Southern Wesleyan University. We will be located in the Presidential Suite at the stadium. All team fees and sponsorship funds should be satisfied prior to reporting. Note: apartment keys will not be issued if your lease has not been paid.

Arrival/Directions

If you are flying into Atlanta or Charlotte, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements for pickup. Players arriving at Greenville-Spartanburg Airport will need to contact team staff and arrange pickup.
Players will be able to check in and receive apartment keys between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on Friday, May 29. Players should report to the Presidential Suite at Dr. C. Keith Connor Field at Southern Wesleyan. Reminder, players should have all financial obligations, including fundraising, completed prior to reporting.
All players are expected to report to the Team Meeting at 7:30pm on May 29th (this is a closed meeting for players, coaches and invited guests only!).
The Apartment Rooming List will be posted in early May. Special requests for rooming assignments should have been sent in by 4/30.

12:00pm Coaches Meeting
3:30pm - 5:00pm Player Reporting (Players report to SWU Baseball Stadium)
Players report to SWU Baseball Stadium between 3:30pm and 5pm (President's Suite) to pick up apartment keys and clear any outstanding financial obligations. (Note: apartment keys will not be issued to players that do not have their lease paid in full. Uniforms will not be issued unless all financial obligations to the team paid in full)

What should I bring for the Summer?
Baseball Pants (all players will be required to bring a white and a gray pair of game pants - No piping, only solid gray and solid white)
Equipment (catchers should bring their own catching equipment)
Glove(s) (If you have the potential of catching or playing 1B- be sure to bring the appropriate glove(s)
Bats (the team will provide bats; however, you may also use your own. Any bat brought in by a player MUST be approved by the General Manager prior to use)
Sleeves Although the weather is warm most of the time, we do play some night games in Asheville and Johnson City, TN where the temperature gets cold. You should bring sleeves just in case, especially pitchers!
Apartment Supplies:
The apartments are "fully furnished". However, you will need to bring your TV and computer if you desire. (Cable TV and Internet services are available at an additional charge)
